Position: BIM Engineer
Location: Pune
Exp:3 to 6 years
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled BIM Engineer to develop and manage BIM 4D models, perform clash detection, support installation sequencing, and coordinate with construction and site teams. The role involves using BIM, LiDAR/point cloud data, and 3D modelling tools to support project planning and installation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop BIM 4D models and animations for installation sequences and project timelines.
- Perform clash detection, coordination, and timing reviews.
- Coordinate with process, facilities, construction, and site installation teams.
- Support installation scenario planning, change management, and issue resolution.
- Track and close BIM-related actions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize LiDAR scan and point cloud data for BIM modelling and coordination.
- Link BIM metadata with other data platforms as required.
- Analyse complex BIM/design issues and provide suitable technical recommendations.
- Support construction sequencing and site installation planning.
