Engineer I BIM Management IX

Key Responsibilities:

• BIM Modeling & Coordination: Create, manage, and coordinate high-quality BIM models using Revit MEPF and other software.
• Standards & Compliance: Ensure all team members follow BEP, Vertiv standards, model standards, and proper software usage.
• Clash Detection & Resolution: Coordinate MEPF services within multidisciplinary models to identify and resolve clashes, discrepancies, and conflicts. Generate clash detection reports and facilitate issue resolution with project teams.
• Data Extraction & Analysis: Extract accurate quantities and data from BIM models for cost estimation, scheduling, and project-related purposes.
• Automation & Scripting: Utilize Dynamo Scripting and APIs to create custom tools and workflows for project-specific needs.
• Documentation & Quality Checks: Maintain all BIM-related documentation, including BEP, MOM, LOD matrix, and quality checks for Revit content deliverables.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with LoBs, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
