- Develop and maintain BIM models using software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
- Coordinate BIM models across disciplines (Architectural, Structural, MEP).
- Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts in collaboration with project teams.
- Prepare BIM execution plans (BEP), model standards, and workflows.
- Generate construction drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
- Ensure BIM models comply with project standards and client requirements.
- Support construction teams with model-based coordination and issue resolution.
- Participate in design reviews and technical meetings.
- Maintain model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
