This is a full-time hybrid role for a BIM Engineer based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some remote work. The BIM Engineer will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, preparing construction drawings, collaborating with teams across architecture, civil engineering, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) disciplines, and ensuring project precision and efficiency. The role emphasizes integrating technical tools and expertise to drive project success.

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and expertise in preparing and managing BIM models
• Experience in preparing and reviewing construction drawings with precision
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their integration into project designs
• Background in Architecture and Civil Engineering with a focus on construction methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Proficiency in relevant BIM software and tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in interior design or luxury construction projects is advantageous
