As our global project pipeline continues to grow, we are looking for a BIM Coordinator to join our Digital Design team in Mumbai, supporting complex international projects and helping drive consistent, high-quality digital delivery across the business.

This is an opportunity to work at the centre of a truly global design-and-build organisation, collaborating with designers, architects, engineers and project teams across multiple regions to ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently and to the highest technical standards.

You will play a key role in developing, coordinating and maintaining BIM models across live projects, supporting ISO-aligned workflows, improving digital standards, and helping project teams use technology to deliver better outcomes for clients.

What you will do

• Develop and coordinate BIM models in Revit across multiple disciplines and project stages
• Support global project teams with model setup, coordination and delivery
• Produce base build, core & shell and Scan-to-BIM models where required
• Manage Revit content, families and templates in line with company standards
• Run clash detection and coordination workflows using Navisworks / ACC Model Coordination
• Support BIM Execution Plans, project documentation and digital delivery requirements
• Set up and manage Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM360 environments
• Carry out model audits, health checks and quality reviews
• Work closely with design, architecture, engineering and project delivery teams
• Help improve workflows, templates and BIM standards across the business
• Provide technical support to project teams using Revit and related tools
• Contribute to consistent ISO-aligned digital delivery across global projects
• Collaborate across regions and time zones to support live project delivery

What we are looking for

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related discipline
• 48 years BIM / Revit experience on multidisciplinary projects
• Strong Revit skills with experience in Navisworks and ACC / BIM360
• Experience working on international or multi-team projects
• Understanding of BIM standards and ISO 19650 workflows
• Confident coordinating models across disciplines
• Detail-driven, proactive and comfortable working independently
• Able to support both structured product-type delivery and fast-paced project work
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with global teams
