About the Role -
We are an EdTech firm developing advanced courses for BIM Managers with an emphasis on Leadership, Management, and Technology Strategy.
We are looking for a proactive and detailoriented BIM Content & LxD Intern/Freelancer who can support our content and production teams by transforming short-form learning content into structured learning assets.
This role is ideal for someone early in their BIM career who enjoys content creation, research, and working with emerging AI tools.
Key Responsibilities -
1. Content Review & Asset Development
- Watch short BIM-related video content (raw recordings, lessons, micro-learnings).
- Create comprehensive notes, module summaries, key takeaways, and content outlines.
- Generate B-roll suggestions, screenshots, reference visuals, and contextual graphics to support the editing team.
- Identify missing concepts or opportunities for additional explanation using AI tools.
2. Collaboration with Video Editors
Work closely with editors to:
- Suggest BIM-related visuals (models, workflows, diagrams).
- Ensure technical accuracy of BIM references and terminology.
- Provide context-specific cues for transitions, call-outs, annotations, and graphical enhancements.
3. Learning Material Creation
- Develop workbooks, templates, and activity sheets for learners.
- Draft MCQs, quizzes, caselets, and learning checks for engagement.
- Assist in designing a capstone project that aligns with BIM Manager learning outcomes.
4. Use of AI Tools
Employ openmarket AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, image generators, diagram tools, etc.) to:
- Draft content and refine explanations.
- Generate visuals or concept diagrams.
- Support research and structure learning materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 02 years of experience in BIM, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of BIM concepts (Revit, Navisworks, IFC, LOD, coordination workflows, etc.).
- Strong analytical and notetaking skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners.
- Comfortable using AI tools for productivity and content creation.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Prior exposure to content creation, storyboarding, or instructional design.
- Experience with Autodesk tools, CAD, or digital construction workflows.
- Familiarity with video editing workflows (not mandatory to edit).
- Understanding of EdTech learning formats.
