Experience upto 1 year

We are hiring an experienced BIM Business Developer to drive growth and expand our client base in the AEC industry. Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Requirements:

Prior experience in Business Development (AEC/BIM preferred)

Strong understanding of the BIM industry and services

Excellent communication and client-handling skills

Ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients

Experience in proposal drafting and client presentations

Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the BIM domain

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Pitch BIM services to potential clients and stakeholders

Collaborate with technical teams to align client requirements

Manage the sales pipeline and achieve targets

Represent the company in meetings, calls, and presentations

Qualification:

Graduate in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or related field

Relevant experience in Business Development (12 years preferred)

Knowledge of BIM workflows and AEC industry is a plus
