Role Description

This is a full-time opportunity for a BIM Architect specializing in ArchiCAD, based remote/on-site in the Pune Division. The role involves developing architectural designs and construction drawings using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software like ArchiCAD. The selected candidate will manage submittals, create detailed architectural drawings, and ensure that the designs comply with project standards and regulatory guidelines. Collaboration with project teams to ensure design accuracy and efficiency will also be a key responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in architecture-related skills, including Architectural Drawings and overall design concepts
  • Extensive experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM), particularly using ArchiCAD
  • Expertise in Construction Drawings and Submittals workflow
  • Strong knowledge of design standards, building codes, and compliance regulations
  • Effective teamwork and collaboration skills for working with project teams
  • Degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Previous experience in similar architecture or BIM-focused roles is highly desirable
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
