Salary: As per Industry Norms

Qualification:

  • Membership in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary based in Pune Division. The Company Secretary will ensure corporate governance compliance, manage legal documentation, and oversee company meetings, including drafting agendas and minutes. They will act as a liaison between the board and stakeholders, ensure timely filing of statutory requirements, and handle corporate disclosures. Additionally, they will provide legal and regulatory guidance to support the company's governance framework and operations.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in corporate governance, statutory compliance, and regulatory filings
  • Strong skills in drafting and reviewing legal and corporate documents
  • Experience in advising on corporate laws, regulations, and compliance matters
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Familiarity with managing board meetings, preparing minutes, and drafting agendas
  • Good understanding of legal frameworks related to digital and power infrastructure is an advantage.
