BIM Architect

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Architect, based in Gurugram. The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing and managing BIM models, coordinating with the design and construction teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant project standards. Key tasks include design development, conducting BIM audits, preparing detailed drawings, extracting quantities, and providing technical support for project completion. The BIM Architect will also facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams and contribute to the implementation of advanced BIM technologies.

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Experience in design development, design review, and extracting quantities using BIM tools
• Knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP design processes
• Skills in coordination, collaboration, and stakeholder communication
• Ability to conduct BIM implementation, training, and resource deployment
• Familiarity with 4D construction sequencing and 5D cost integration
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Previous experience in global delivery models or international projects is an advantage
