Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a BIM Architect, based in Gurugram with opportunities to work from home on case-to-case basis on Obelisk discretion. The BIM Architect will primarily be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, producing precise architectural and construction drawings, and preparing detailed submittals. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design and high-quality deliverables that meet industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and designing architectural drawings
• Hands-on experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and creating detailed construction drawings. REVIT CAPABILITY IS VERY CRUCIAL TO APPLY FOR THIS JOB.
• Strong understanding of technical standards and industry best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within cross-functional teams
• Experience in working on Australian-standard projects is a significant advantage
• B.Arch only accepted for this job. M.Arch is a plus.
