BIM Lead - Architect

We are looking for an Architect with strong BIM expertise to support BIM implementation and actively contribute to Revit-based project delivery. The role includes developing BIM workflows, assisting with modelling, and supporting coordination tasks for both Indian and UK projects. The candidate should be confident working independently within Revit and structured BIM standards and provide support to peers in modelling and coordination tasks.

EXPERIENCE: 58 years

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

B.Arch Degree

58 years of experience in architectural design with strong hands-on Revit skills.

Experience in BIM implementation and setting up templates and workflows from scratch.

Experience with Autodesk ACC / BIM 360 environments preferred.

Knowledge of international or UK BIM workflows is an added advantage.

Strong communication skills and willingness to develop within a structured BIM environment.
