Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BIM Architect role based in Gurugram. The BIM Architect will develop, coordinate, and manage Building Information Models for architectural projects, ensuring alignment with project standards and client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing architectural and construction drawings, creating detailed 3D models, and integrating multi-disciplinary inputs for clash detection and design coordination. The role involves collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to resolve design issues, optimize constructability, and support accurate documentation and submittals. The BIM Architect will also contribute to process improvement, maintain BIM standards, and support project delivery timelines and quality objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong architectural foundation, including proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Drawings, with the ability to interpret and develop design intent into buildable solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM), including creation, coordination, and management of 3D models for multi-disciplinary projects.
- Experience preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and related documentation, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with project standards and codes.
- Exposure to Submittals processes, including coordination, review support, and documentation for design and construction teams.
- Proficiency in industry-standard BIM and CAD tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD); familiarity with clash detection and model coordination workflows is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certifications in BIM/VDC is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
