Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Architect located in Nagpur. The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Models, producing architectural and construction drawings, preparing submittals, and ensuring coordination across multidisciplinary teams. The role will involve collaboration with project stakeholders to meet project requirements and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards in delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and related technologies
• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Drawings
• Experience in preparing detailed Construction Drawings and Submittals
• Knowledge in multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with teams and communicate effectively across stakeholders
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software is preferred
