Qualification: B.Arch
Experience: 25 Years (Minimum 2 years relevant BIM experience)
Role Requirements & Responsibilities
- Strong hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit (Architecture) for BIM modelling.
- Develop and manage BIM models in line with project requirements and BIM standards.
- Work on LOD (Level of Development) with focus on modelling accuracy and data coordination.
- Prepare detailed drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
- Ensure coordination with internal teams and consultants for model compliance and quality assurance.
- Maintain project documentation and adhere to BIM execution plans and standards.
