Job Title: BIM Architect (F&B / Retail Projects)

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and creative
BIM Architect to lead the design and BIM coordination for
F&B outlets, retail spaces, and restaurant projects. The candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality, functional, and visually appealing designs while ensuring efficient BIM workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and coordination of BIM-based architectural designs for F&B and retail projects.
- Prepare concept designs, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.
- Ensure design compliance with brand standards, operational requirements, and local regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, MEP, project management) for seamless execution.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure quality control of BIM models and outputs.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client requirements.
- Provide technical guidance to BIM Modelers and junior team members.
- Ensure efficient BIM workflows, standards, and best practices are followed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 5–8 years of experience in architectural design and BIM, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality projects.
- Strong expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM coordination tools.
- Proven experience in handling multi-outlet / retail rollout projects is highly preferred.
- Strong design sense with attention to detail and functionality.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
