This is a full-time hybrid role as a BIM Architect, based in Gurugram with flexibility for some remote work. The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models, producing architectural and construction drawings, reviewing submittals, and ensuring compliance with project standards. The role involves collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver precise, buildable, and well-coordinated project documentation while meeting strict deadlines.

• Proficiency in Architecture and experience with Architectural Drawings
• Strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Construction Drawings
• Experience in preparing and reviewing Submittals
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset
• Familiarity with Australian drafting and documentation standards is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
