This is a full-time, on-site Architect / BIM Engineer role based in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing architectural and BIM designs, coordinating project workflows, integrating software solutions, and using advanced BIM tools to create models, review designs, generate drawings, and extract quantities. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and maintaining high standards in project execution within given timelines.

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in delivering innovative building and infrastructure solutions
• Knowledge and skills in Software Development and Integration with a focus on improving BIM processes and system efficiency
• Project Management expertise, including the ability to deliver end-to-end design and construction solutions while meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Experience with advanced BIM tools and methodologies used across various design and construction phases
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with global and local architectural standards and practices
• Professional degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in BIM will be considered an advantage
