Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect-L2, based in Pune. The BIM Architect-L2 will be responsible for creating and managing building information models, interpreting architectural drawings, and preparing construction drawings to meet project requirements. The role involves ensuring proper implementation of BIM standards, reviewing submittals, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver accurate project documentation and designs.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Drawings
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) techniques and tools
• Experience in preparing and managing Construction Drawings and Submittals
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a relevant field
• Familiarity with international building codes and standards is an advantage
