Role Overview
We are hiring a BIM Architect Lead with strong expertise in Revit modelling and documentation for US-based high-rise residential and commercial building projects
This role is execution-focused, ideal for professionals who are highly skilled in BIM delivery and Revit, with a fair working understanding of architectural design.
Key Responsibilities
1. BIM Modelling & Documentation
• Develop and manage architectural BIM models using Revit (mandatory)
• Produce detailed construction drawings, including:
• Plans, sections, elevations
• GFC / IFC drawing sets
• Ensure model accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project standards
1. Project Execution
• Handle end-to-end BIM execution across project stages
• Translate architectural inputs into accurate, buildable BIM outputs
• Maintain quality, timelines, and deliverable standards
1. Coordination & Integration
• Coordinate with Structural and MEP teams for model integration
• Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues
• Ensure alignment of models with design intent and project requirements
1. Standards & Compliance
• Work on projects aligned with US building standards and codes
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet project and client expectations
Mandatory Requirements
• B.Arch (mandatory)
• 6–12 years of experience in BIM Architecture
• Expert-level proficiency in Revit (non-negotiable)
• Strong experience in:
• BIM modelling
• Construction documentation
• Mandatory experience in US-based building projects
• Experience in:
• High-rise residential / commercial buildings
• Strong understanding of:
• Architectural drawings
• Detailing and execution
Good to Have
• Experience with Navisworks / AutoCAD
• Exposure to BIM standards (LOD, documentation workflows)
• Experience working with global teams
Not Suitable
• Design-only architects with limited BIM exposure
• BIM coordinators without architectural understanding
• Candidates without US project experience
• Diploma profiles
