Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect, located in Navi Mumbai. The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM), preparing architectural and construction drawings, and ensuring accurate submittals for projects. Responsibilities include collaborating with architects, consultants, and contractors to manage project coordination, ensure seamless integration, and deliver high-quality design and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Drawings
• Strong experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and processes
• Knowledge of Construction Drawings and Submittals preparation
• Familiarity with local and international design and construction standards
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Experience with project coordination and delivering within timeframes
• Prior experience in MEP or facility management projects is a plus
