BIM Architect

Role Description

·        Manage and implement building execution plans and enforce BIM strategy at different stages of development as per LOD stage and LOIN/LOA, LOI requirements as per ISO 19650 BIM workflow for information management, delivering clash-free federated models using ACC, Navisworks

·        Resolve coordination issues resolution audit model data and resolve clashes

·        QA QC checklist and BIM quality check. Data extraction, schedules and BOQ and documentation sets construction detailing. RFI and coordination issue resolution.

·        BIM implementation, Design management, and Information Exchange, Cobie integration. Federated model management, worksets management

·        BIM coordination, design review reports, model health and clash coordination

·        Hands-on experience with Pyrevit, Diroots and similar tools, Navisworks manage

·        Power BI/MS Project/Primavera/Procore, Excel and similar tools

· 5-6 years experience leading similar projects

·        Excellent communication and Presentation skills

·        Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Interior Design)

·        Revit certification, green building IGBC, Green building certification

· Should be familiar with all BIM deliverables

This is a full-time, on-site BIM Architect role based in Gurugram and New Delhi. The BIM Architect will develop, manage, and coordinate Building Information Models across all project stages, ensuring accuracy and alignment with design intent and technical standards. Responsibilities include preparing and updating architectural and construction drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and consultants, and integrating design changes into the BIM environment. The role involves reviewing submittals and project documentation for compliance, supporting clash detection and design coordination, and contributing to project timelines and quality standards. The BIM Architect will also help implement best practices for BIM workflows, templates, and standards within the studio.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture, with the ability to translate design concepts into detailed technical solutions.
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, including model creation, coordination, and documentation.
• Experience producing and managing Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings for all project phases.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Interior Design) or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Hands-on experience with BIM platforms (e.g., Revit or equivalent) and relevant visualization or coordination tools.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within multidisciplinary teams.
