This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior BIM Architect based in Tiruchirappalli. The Senior BIM Architect will be responsible for managing and coordinating Building Information Modelling (BIM) activities to ensure the successful design, development, and implementation of architectural projects. The role involves leading BIM processes, creating and managing digital models, ensuring design compliance with project requirements, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver efficient and sustainable design solutions. The candidate will oversee integration and coordination among structural, architectural, and MEP services for high-quality project outcomes.

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Advanced knowledge of architectural design, digital modeling, and construction processes
• Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams including MEP and structural engineering professionals
• Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of sustainability practices (e.g., LEED, BREEAM), energy efficiency, and green building standards
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Prior experience in delivering large-scale or complex projects in the AEC industry is preferred
