BIM Architect

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Architect located in Ahmedabad. The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, creating and reviewing architectural and construction drawings, managing submittals, and ensuring design compliance with project requirements. The role involves close collaboration with internal and external teams to support high-quality and efficient execution of architectural projects.

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and related technical tools
• Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Drawings
• Experience in creating and managing Construction Drawings and Submittals
• Attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in design implementation
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Familiarity with industry standards and building codes is advantageous
