BIM Architect

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BIM Architect role based in Ahmedabad. The BIM Architect will develop and manage architectural models, coordinate BIM workflows, and ensure alignment between design intent and construction documentation. Responsibilities include producing detailed architectural and construction drawings, preparing submittal packages, and maintaining model integrity and data accuracy across project phases. The role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve design conflicts, support clash detection, and optimize project coordination. The BIM Architect will also contribute to process improvements, documentation standards, and best practices for BIM implementation within the team.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and experience interpreting architectural concepts into buildable solutions.
• Proficiency in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings, including preparation, review, and revision for multidisciplinary coordination.
• Hands-on experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM), including model creation, management, and coordination across project stakeholders.
• Ability to prepare and manage Submittals, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with BIM and CAD tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar software).
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work within project timelines and quality standards.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional AEC teams on-site.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; prior experience in BIM-focused architectural roles is preferred.
