About the Role

This is a production-focused BIM Architect role suited to professionals who thrive in a fast-paced outsourcing environment and have hands-on experience delivering international architectural projects. You will work directly on US and UK project workflows, producing detailed Revit models, construction documentation sets, and CAD drawings that meet strict client standards.

In this position, you will be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your deliverables from model creation through documentation production. You will work alongside a collaborative production team, performing self-checks on your work before handing off to coordinators. This role offers direct exposure to international building codes, AIA and ISO 19650 standards, and the satisfaction of contributing to high-profile overseas projects from our Ahmedabad studio.

Key Responsibilities

• BIM Modeling & Documentation: Develop detailed 3D BIM models at LOD 200–400 and complete architectural construction documentation sets using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• International Project Execution: Produce architectural deliverables aligned with US standards (AIA guidelines, imperial units) and UK standards (BS EN ISO 19650, metric units) across commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.
• Quality Control & Coordination: Perform self-checks on models, clean CAD base files, manage sheet layouts, and resolve architectural clashes before coordinator review.
• Revit Family Creation: Create and maintain parametric Revit families (doors, windows, casework, architectural details) in accordance with client templates.
• Drawing Production: Convert PDFs, hand sketches, and point-cloud data into accurate 2D CAD drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and shop drawings.
• Standards Compliance: Ensure all deliverables comply with project-specific BIM standards, drawing conventions, and client requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) Mandate
• Experience: 1–4 years of hands-on experience in an architectural AEC outsourcing firm or design studio.
• Software Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Autodesk Revit Architecture and AutoCAD.
• Project Experience: Direct, verifiable experience working on US and UK architectural projects (commercial, residential, or mixed-use).
• Standards Awareness: Sound understanding of US imperial dimensions and drawing standards OR UK BIM protocols and ISO 19650 standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic exposure to clash detection using Navisworks.
• Experience interpreting markups, redlines, and international architectural codes.
• Familiarity with both US and UK project workflows.

• Software: Autodesk Revit Architecture (Expert), AutoCAD (Expert), Navisworks (preferred)
