BIM Analyst
Job Summary
The Benefit Information Management (BIM) Analyst is responsible for analyzing, validating , and operationalizing benefit changes received through Salesforce requests. This role ensures accurate creation, maintenance, and governance of Benefit Grids, Summary of Benefits Coverage (SBC), Benefit Repository (BR), Pharmacy (RX), Dental, and related artifacts used by multiple downstream consumers including Benefit Configuration (Facets), Sales, and Member and Provider Portals.
The analyst will collaborate across cross functional teams to ensure benefits are compliant, accurate , timely , and aligned to SLA commitments, while supporting continuous process improvement, governance, and quality initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze salesforce requests to accurately interpret and validate benefit changes
- Develop and maintain benefit artifacts including Benefit Grids, summary of benefits , and Benefit Repository updates
- Perform peer reviews and quality assurance to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency across deliverables
- Execute renewals and benefit updates while meeting defined SLA commitments
- Create, review, and deliver summary documents in accordance with federal regulatory and business requirements
- Perform benefit repository builds, mapping s , ID validation, and resolve ID Card and data exceptions
- Support Pharmacy and Dental benefit processes, including No Pay validation and vendor status updates
- Conduct configuration, Benefit information management testing , and Development testing and communicate results for implementation and go live readiness
- Manage and support governance activities including tracker maintenance, RCA creation, audits, and SLA reporting
- Collaborate across teams by participating in Account meetings , renewal, and governance meetings, responding to mailbox inquiries, and supporting training and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Required Skills Qualifications
- Strong understanding of healthcare benefits (Medical, Dental, Pharmacy )
- Experience interpreting benefit change requests
- Attention to detail with strong quality and compliance focus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under SLA pressure
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Experience with trackers, QA logs, and RCA documentation
- SQL knowledge ( required for validation)
- Experience with Facets or benefit configuration ecosystems preferred

- Healthcare payer or insurance domain experience
