Billing Manager

Max Healthcare is a premier healthcare organization driven by excellence, integrity, and patient-centric care. We are seeking a seasoned Billing Manager to lead hospital billing operations with precision, accountability, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee end-to-end hospital billing and revenue cycle operations

Ensure accuracy, timely billing, and adherence to healthcare regulations

Guide and mentor the billing team to achieve operational excellence

Liaise effectively with TPAs, insurance providers, and internal stakeholders

Proactively identify and resolve billing discrepancies to optimize revenue flow

Preferred Profile:

Proven experience in hospital billing and revenue cycle management

Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making capabilities

In-depth knowledge of insurance/TPA processes and compliance norms

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field

Experience in a corporate hospital environment, preferably Max Healthcare or equivalent
