About The Opportunity
We are hiring an on-site Billing Executive to join a fast-paced jewellery retail environment in India. This role focuses on accurate customer invoicing, daily cash and card reconciliations, billing-system operations and close coordination with store operations and accounts to maintain seamless retail transactions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process customer invoices and sales transactions accurately using the store POS and billing systems, ensuring correct product codes, GST rates and discounts.
- Perform daily cash, card and electronic payment reconciliations and prepare end-of-day reports for store and accounts teams.
- Maintain and update billing records, customer receipts and tax invoices; handle invoice amendments and credit notes as required.
- Coordinate with inventory and store teams to validate stock movement, returns and consumption impacting billing and invoicing.
- Ensure GST-compliant invoicing and assist with document preparation for audits and tax filings.
- Resolve customer billing queries promptly and escalate complex exceptions to Accounts or Store Manager.

- High attention to detail, accuracy in numeric data and experience handling high-value cash/card transactions.
