Job Role:-
- Should have knowledge of tender documents, estimates terms and conditions of the civil contractor agreement.
- Collect work done details from project site. Prepare RA bills fortnightly/ monthly
- Preparation of client bills with proper documents and a measurement sheet.
- Physically checking, joint measurements for billing.
- Daily reporting to higher ups
- Work out price variation claim, GST reimbursement claim
- Follow up for passing RA bills at department and collect payments.
- Responsible for correspondence with department
- Responsible for conveying difficulties at site to the department timely.
- Maintain all records related to the projects.
