Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Billing Engineer with hands-on experience in fire door installation projects. The role involves managing day-to-day project execution, coordinating with clients and site teams, and ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overall project planning, execution, and monitoring of fire door installation projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare and track project schedules, site progress reports, and installation milestones.
- Supervise and support site engineers, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Oversee site measurements, BOQ validations, and billing support.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and escalate where necessary.
- Ensure proper documentation including work orders, installation checklists, and client sign-offs.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Report project status to the Project Manager and senior management.
Requirements:
- B.Tech / Diploma in any stream.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project execution, preferably in the fire door or door hardware installation industry.
- Strong project coordination and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, project management tools, and AutoCAD.
- Sound knowledge of industry standards and safety compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Experience handling multiple project sites simultaneously.
- Local candidate or willing to relocate to Delhi.
