Job Description

We are seeking a Billing Backup Professional with 2-5 years of experience in an accounting or finance-related role. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively under firm deadlines. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all client invoices by providing meticulous support documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation Retrieval: You will be responsible for pulling and organizing support documentation for client invoices from multiple resources. This includes retrieving data from various systems and drives, such as Oracle, Unanet, and Webnow.
  • Data Management: You'll handle a variety of documents, including timecards, expense reports, vendor invoices, shipping receipts, and client contracts. This requires you to be proficient in printing, scanning, plotting, and filing.
  • Auditing & Compliance: You will prepare projects for quarterly review by internal auditors, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with company standards.
  • Administrative Support: Perform other duties as assigned to support billing and finance operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 2-5 years of accounting-related experience in billing backup and finance.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required. Experience with billing software, particularly Oracle, is preferred.
  • Personal Attributes: You must have excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, along with great oral and interpersonal communication skills, is essential.
