Billing and Estimation Engineer

• Preparation and verification of RA bills (Running Account Bills) based on work completed at the site.
• Taking accurate site measurements and maintaining proper documentation
• Certification of measurements in coordination with Client, Architect, and PMC
• Preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and participation in tendering processes
• Performing rate analysis for various items of work
• Monitoring and tracking project costs to ensure budget compliance
• Coordination with site teams to ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
• Reviewing drawings and identifying discrepancies or scope gaps.

Technical Expertise Required:

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, including:
• Carpentry & modular furniture
• Civil works (structural, plastering, tiling, flooring, etc.)
• POP (Plaster of Paris) and false ceiling works
• Painting & polishing
• Plumbing & sanitary works
• Electrical systems
• HVAC systems
