Role Description
Saravana Stores is looking for a Billing Assistant to support day-to-day FMCG distribution operations in Sattur, Virudhunagar district, Tamil Nadu.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate sales bills using billing software/apps
Ensure accurate entry of items, quantity, and pricing
Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for order processing
Assist in basic stock checking and reporting
Follow standard operating procedures for billing and data handling
Training will be provided for all systems and processes.
Qualifications
Basic computer knowledge (typing, system usage)
Willingness to learn billing software (training provided)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow instructions and processes
Freshers are welcome
Local candidates preferred
