We are looking for a driven, energetic, and persuasive Sales Representative who can convert travel interest into bookings, build trust with prospective trekkers, and contribute meaningfully to the growth of our sales vertical.

Role Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, counselling potential customers, understanding their travel goals, and helping them choose the right trek, expedition, or adventure experience. You will play a key role in driving revenue through consultative selling, follow-ups, and excellent customer communication.

This role is ideal for someone who is target-oriented, confident on calls and WhatsApp, and excited by the idea of selling meaningful adventure experiences rather than just products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound sales leads from website, Meta ads, WhatsApp campaigns, referrals, and other channels
  • Call, message, and follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into bookings
  • Understand customer requirements, fitness level, prior experience, budget, and intent before recommending the right product
  • Explain trek details, itineraries, inclusions, exclusions, preparation requirements, and policies clearly
  • Build trust with leads by addressing doubts and guiding them with confidence and accuracy
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with warm and cold leads to maximize conversions
  • Update CRM/sales sheets with lead status, remarks, follow-up dates, and booking outcomes
  • Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets
  • Coordinate with operations/support teams wherever required to ensure smooth customer handover post-booking
  • Support promotional campaigns, sales pushes, seasonal offers, and outbound outreach initiatives
  • Provide feedback on common customer objections, market trends, and lead quality to improve sales strategy

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, travel sales, lead conversion, or customer-facing business development roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Strong persuasion, objection handling, and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable speaking with customers over calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Target-driven mindset with hunger to perform and grow
  • Good organisational skills and discipline in maintaining lead records
  • Ability to understand customer psychology and recommend suitable travel experiences
  • Basic comfort with Google Sheets, CRM tools, and communication platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in travel, adventure travel, holiday sales, or high-involvement sales
  • Familiarity with trekking, mountaineering, backpacking, or outdoor travel
  • Passion for mountains, travel, or adventure activities
  • Experience handling high-intent digital leads
