Job Description
Responsibilities and JD in brief along with additional criteria to be considered (if any):
- Develop test cases and scripts for assigned projects
- SQL scripting and execution.
- Business intelligence and Data warehouse testing experience in Hadoop Data Hub environment
- Data base/ETL automation using Python or any other market leading tools or frameworks
- APACHE SPARK, AWS, CLOUD, S3 and Redshift, Hadoop, Hive,
- Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
- Execution of test cases
- Assist in writing test plans for different phases of testing throughout the SDLC
- Liaise with business users, business analysts and developers to ensure that any assigned defects are resolved
- Identify project risks and/or issue Defect Root Cause Analysis
- Ensure all assigned testing deliverables timelines are met
- Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement programs
- Follow Agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize Jira for tracking user stories, defects, tasks, and overall project progress
