Experience Requirements:

• Hands-on experience designing and supporting distributed data platforms using Hadoop and Apache Spark, processing large-scale datasets for analytics and reporting
• Delivered batch and near real-time data pipelines using Spark (Scala & Python) to support business intelligence and operational insights
• Strong expertise in SQL performance tuning, including indexing strategies, query optimization, and execution plan analysis across large datasets
• Worked with both relational (RDBMS) and NoSQL data stores to support diverse workload and access patterns
• Proficient in Presto, Impala, SparkSQL, and Hive for interactive querying, adhoc analysis, and data validation at scale
• Comfortable joining existing teams and quickly ramping up in complex data environments to deliver production-ready solutions
