We are hiring: Freelance Bidder / Online Bidding Executive (IT Services)

Location: Kolkata (On-site)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives(Upto 20K)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in Upwork / freelance bidding to join our team.

Only candidates with experience in online bidding (Upwork/Freelancer) should apply. Minimum 2+ years of experience required. This is not a field sales or telecalling role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant IT projects via freelance platforms
• Write customised, high-converting proposals
• Handle client communication and convert leads into projects
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in IT sales / online bidding
• Proven ability to write winning proposals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with web/app/digital marketing projects
• Experience in Cold Calling & Website sales in International market
