Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bidder based in Jaipur, allowing for both on-site and remote work arrangements. The Bidder will be responsible for identifying and bidding on new project opportunities across online platforms, managing client communications, and preparing tailored project proposals. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to understand project scopes and objectives while building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
- Ability to draft professional and persuasive project proposals and presentations.
- Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and web development services.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a bidding role or sales-related position is a strong advantage.
