Job Title: Bid & Tender Management Specialist

About The Role
We are looking for a Bid & Tender Management Specialist to support our expansion into US Federal, State, and Local government contracting. This role will initially start as a part-time opportunity and may transition into a full-time position based on performance and business requirements.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing US government proposals, along with strong expertise in pricing, compliance, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Bid Management
- Manage and maintain the bid calendar
- Track deadlines for RFIs, RFPs, and Q&A submissions
- Monitor multiple government procurement portals
- Pricing & Financial Management
- Develop and maintain pricing templates in Excel
- Calculate labor rates, margins, and Total Contract Value (TCV)
- Ensure proposals are commercially viable and competitive
- Compliance Management
- Analyze solicitation documents thoroughly
- Prepare compliance matrices and requirement checklists
- Ensure all mandatory criteria are addressed in submissions
- Documentation & Proposal Formatting
- Prepare and review proposal documents for quality and consistency
- Ensure proper formatting, grammar, and professional presentation
- Align documents with client requirements and submission standards
- Offshore Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams during overlapping US EST hours
- Participate in strategy discussions and status updates
- Maintain clear and timely communication
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in US Government bid management
- Strong understanding of Federal contracting (FAR/DFARS knowledge preferred)
- Expertise in pricing models and financial analysis using Excel
- Excellent written communication and proposal writing skills
- Ability to simplify technical content into clear, persuasive language
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
Work Structure- Initial Phase:
- Part-Time (approx. 20 hours/week)
- Flexible working hours
- Mandatory overlap of 2–3 hours with US Eastern Time (EST)

- Transition to Full-Time (40 hours/week) based on performance and business needs
