Bid Management Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a Bid Management Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the bid process from start to finish, ensuring high-quality, competitive bids are submitted on time. Your role involves coordinating with various departments, preparing bid documents, and ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 6-8 years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or a similar role
- Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Product certification experience of working in Cybersecurity companies (preferred).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM software and bid management tools.
- Knowledge of government tendering processes.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Understanding technical proposals, preparing quotations
Job Description
Bid Preparation: Prepare and review bid documents, including technical proposals, commercial offers, and compliance statements.
Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams (Presales, sales, technical, finance) to gather necessary information for bids.
Research: Conduct market research to understand competitor positioning and pricing strategies.
Compliance: Ensure all bid documents comply with company policies and client requirements.
Submission: Manage the timely submission of bids and proposals.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all bid activities and outcomes.
Analysis: Analyze bid results and provide feedback to improve future bid performance.
