Role Overview

Requires 10+ years of experience. The overall job of this role is to contribute as an Individual Contributor to manage Bid Preparation and submission. It will include overseeing the entire bid process to submit bids and tender response for GIS software and Services, including GEM bids preparation and GEM portal handling. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling and compliant bids, ensuring alignment with client requirements, company strategy, and quality standards.

Job roles and responsibilities:

Preparation of Tenders & Procedures / Bidding and submission of Tenders.

Uploading/Submitting the Documents (General/Technical/Commercial) in the Online Platform.

Attend client meetings for technical clarifications & pre-bid scenarios.

Preparing bids for GEM, Government and tender submissions on portals like GEM, CPPP, other state portals.

Review and analyze bid proposals.

Responsible to make the pre-bid queries along with respective teams like pre-sales, finance, legal. Preparing of the final commercials for all mid and large bids, in consultation with senior management.

Maintaining the document repository and updating it regularly.

Coordinating with stakeholders like Sales, Pre-Sales, Solution Architect, Finance Team, Project team etc to manage the response to RFP's issued by purchasing authorities and ensures that the solution proposed is complete and appropriate and results in the nest proposal possible.

Desired skillset:

10 - 12 years of work experience with 8+ years in Tendering, Bid management and Proposal writing; Tendering with 3-4 years in handling GIS bids for software and services; 1-2 years in handling Government and GeM Bids, and GeM Portal (negotiable)

Knowledge of GIS software (Esri software is an advantage), GIS services and technology

Experience in bids submission on Government portals

Experience of communication and working with CXO level

Client handling and good communication skills are desirable

Ready to travel to customer location on short notice.
