About the Role
We are seeking aBI Modernization Program Leadto act as the Lead Solution Architect for a large-scale migration initiative fromQlikView to Power BI. This role requires a single accountable leader who will own the end-to-end modernization program as a portfolio-driven initiative, driving the rationalization of existing BI assets, defining the modernization roadmap, and establishing standards, automation frameworks, and validation processes. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in bothQlikViewandPower BI, experience defining enterprise BI architecture and governance, and a proven track record of leading cross-functional transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Strategy
- Own theend-to-end modernization programas a portfolio-driven initiative.
- Leadrationalization of existing BI assetsand define themodernization roadmap.
- Establishstandards, automation frameworks, and validation processesfor migration.
- Ensuregoverned Power BI adoptionaligned to enterprise standards.
- Drivedecommissioning of QlikView assetspost successful transition.
- ReduceBI footprint, optimize run cost, and enablescalable analytics.
Technical Architecture & Execution
- Design and implementautomated migration frameworks & validation utilities.
- Defineenterprise BI architecture, governance, and best practices.
- Provide deep hands-on expertise inQlikView and Power BIfor migration planning and execution.
- Leverage strongSQL, DAX, data modeling, and semantic layer designskills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition and adoption.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Engage with senior stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Lead cross-functional modernization or transformation programs.
- Ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards.
Success Metrics
- Reduced BI landscape cost and footprint.

Mandatory Skills
- 710 yearsof experience in BI, data analytics, or related fields.
- Deep hands-on experience with both QlikView and Power BIMANDATORY.
- Experience definingenterprise BI architecture and governance.
- StrongSQL, DAX, data modeling, and semantic layer designskills.
- Proven experience leadingcross-functional modernization or transformation programs.
- Ability to buildautomated migration frameworks & validation utilities.
- Strongstakeholder management and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in ahybrid modelbased inBangalore.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience withcloud platforms (Azure preferred).
