Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in both Power BI and Qlik (Qlik Sense / QlikView).
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring deliverables meet business needs.
- Create and optimize data models, relationships, and DAX / Qlik expressions to enable efficient analysis.
- Develop data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) workflows from various sources (databases, APIs, flat files, cloud platforms).
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and performance optimization in both BI platforms.
- Manage deployment, access control, and workspace configurations in Power BI Service and Qlik Management Console.
- Collaborate with data engineers to design data pipelines and semantic models.
- Conduct UAT, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for BI solutions.

Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 36 years of hands-on experience in BI development with Power BI and/or Qlik (Qlik Sense or QlikView).
- Strong command of Power Query (M), DAX, and Qlik scripting (Qlik Script / Set Analysis).
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
- Experience with data modeling (star/snowflake schemas) and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Power BI Service (workspaces, row-level security, dataflows) and Qlik Management Console.
- Understanding of ETL and data integration tools.
- Excellent analytical and visualization design skills ability to turn data into actionable stories
