Job Brief
We are seeking a highly skilled
Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with strong expertise in SQL, logical problem solving and dashboard development. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating complex business requirements into high-performance enterprise-level dashboards using Tableau and Apache Superset. This role requires a deep understanding of SQL internals, query optimization and data modeling, along with the ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
Responsibilities :-
- Understand and break down business requirements into analytical and reporting solutions.
- Design and model datasets for BI and analytical use cases.
- Write, analyze and optimize complex SQL queries for performance and scalability.
- Build and maintain enterprise-grade dashboards using Tableau and Apache Superset.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns and insights.
- Optimize existing dashboards and queries to improve performance and usability.
- Collaborate with data engineering and business teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Present insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirement And Skills
- Strong proficiency in Advanced SQL (CTEs, window functions, joins, subqueries, query optimization).
- Excellent logical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau and Apache Superset.
- Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise-level BI dashboards.
- Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis or automation is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data insights clearly.
- B.Tech / BE in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline (preferred) or equivalent practical experience in BI, analytics, or data engineering.
