- Years of Experience5 8 years of relevant experience indata analytics, workforce optimization, or financial analysisroles.
- Educational Qualification & Certifications
- bachelors or masters degree inEngineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Business, or related quantitative fields.
- Additional certifications inData Science, Machine Learning, or BI toolsare preferred.
Skill Set RequiredMust Have (Key Skills):
- Deep expertise inData Analytics and Modelling, includingpredictive modellingandtime-series forecasting(preferably in workforce optimization).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills able to work independently from concept to delivery.
- Proficiency indata visualizationand storytelling translating quantitative findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- High proficiency inBusiness Intelligence toolssuch asTableau, Power BI, and SQL.
- Advanced skills inMS ExcelandPowerPointfor data analysis and presentation.

- Excellent communication skills capable of articulating complex concepts clearly to all organizational levels.
