Roles and Responsibility

Quickbase s platform for Dynamic Work Management (the first ever) takes on Gray Work by bringing people, processes, and data together into one central location, so employees can stop chasing information across systems and focus on work that makes an impact. The Quickbase application development platform uses AI to empower anyone, regardless of technical or developer expertise, to easily build and customize scalable business solutions in just a few clicks, without compromising security, or IT governance and control.

About the Role:

• Reporting to our Sr Manager of Strategy & Business Analytics, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business intelligence and performance monitoring across the organization. The successful candidate will need to build relationships and collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, analytics engineers, and the broader analytics community at Quickbase.
• You will:
• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize interactive PowerBI dashboards and reports for ongoing business intelligence and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
• Prepare and present detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders.
• Work with the broader analyst community to align on priorities, progress and outcomes.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Promote the adoption of analytics and data-driven decision support throughout the organization.
• Create a unified view with data from various sources.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in roles combining business analytics and business intelligence.
• Proven experience with PowerBI, including developing complex dashboards and reports.
• Proficiency in PowerBI, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and Power Query.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
