BI Analyst

• Design, develop, and implement interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize business insights for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines using Apache Airflow to streamline data integration from sources such as OData, Salesforce, and cloud databases.
• Work with external stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights that enhance product usage and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy by conducting regular audits, validation checks, and troubleshooting.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, working with the product team to define product-related metrics for performance tracking.
• Optimize existing BI solutions and infrastructure to support scalability and evolving data needs.
• Document processes, reporting logic, and data models to ensure consistent and reliable reporting.
• Have 2+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence (BI), and/or analytics role.
• Hold extensive experience with Power BI for building dashboards, data models, and reports.
• Are experience using Power Query and writing complex DAX expressions within Power BI.
• Have understanding of data governance and best practices for data security in BI systems.
• Have proven experience with ETL pipeline development using Apache Airflow or similar tools.
• Have hands-on experience integrating data from OData sources and ensuring seamless reporting.
• Have proficiency with Looker for creating advanced data visualizations and reporting.
• Hold solid understanding of SQL for querying and managing relational databases.

Good to Have:

• Are experience with Tableau for additional reporting and data visualization.
• Have familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure for managing data pipelines.
• Have knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics and automation.
• Have familiarity with Agile methodologies for managing iterative project development.
• Have experience with product analytics to help define metrics around product usage, adoption, and retention.
