Requirements

Diploma/B.E. in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
Extensive experience in power transformer Core Assembly and Core Coil Assembly.
Minimum Experience 8-12 Years in same field, and Strong interest in Transformer and Reactor Windings.
Strong knowledge of transformer design and manufacturing processes.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skill.
Analytical with problem solving attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple Job's simultaneously.
Fluent in use of MS-Office products, especially Word, Excel and PPT.
Strong understanding of departmental planning, manufacturing processes, and quality control procedures.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
SAP knowledge is preferable

Roles And Responsibilities

Responsible for Plan, organize, and control daily production activities to meet quality standards of Power Transformers up to 500MVA, 400kV/765kV.
Must possess healthy working experience of EHV Transformer and Rectifier CA & CCA and troubleshooting.
Handling and resolving day today's issues using conflict resolution techniques in the department.
Participate in design review, clearing up any doubts right then and there.
Supervise production to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize rework and cost.
Assist Technician support on issues and include root cause analysis.
Maintain accurate records and reports on production and issues.
Maintain health, safety, environmental and housekeeping standards
Implement best practices in work area
Implement Kaizen initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.
Coordinate with maintenance team for equipment breakdown and calibration to reduce downtime.
Implement quality procedures in the department.
