About Bharat Banking:
Bharat Banking is a new Department which has been set up to drive different business that the Bank does in Semi Urban and Rural markets. The department is expected to drive business outcomes by focusing on partnerships, new products, innovation, reimagining customer journeys and driving / creating new channel.
About the Role:
Role is critical and important to set up the entirely new ecosystem of Co-lending model within Bharat Bank. Role encompasses designing policy framework for new lending solutions, Process controls, scouting for new relationships to build the healthy portfolio for PSL segment for Bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Lifecycle Management:e. Co-lending and BC Models
- Process Control: Designing appropriate processes and controls in timely manner to ensure smooth launch
- Strategic Alliances: Scouting for potential NBFC's/Fintech and develop value proposition for Go to market.
- Onboarding of Partners: Preparation of SMC Notes and In-Principle presentations for partner approval. Getting them on-boarded with bank.
- Relationship Management: Onboarding and agree a business plan with partners and make them commit towards achievement.
- Stakeholder Management (Internal): Work internally with stakeholders (Ops, IT, legal, Finance, Credit, BSG, Project, Compliance) to ensure that proposition delivers the necessary.
- Stakeholder Management (External): Manage key accounts to deliver the numbers committed as per the business plan and manage relationship with all stakeholders in partner organization.
Qualifications:
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
- Education: MBA/CA
- Experience 5-7 Years of exp.
